We will investigate the different types of foods that should be eaten by people with certain chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and obesity-related ailments. Not only the different types of foods, but the methods by which the foods are prepared and cooked are also vital to preserving the nutritional benefits of the foods. We will then use this information to create a cookbook comprised of foods that could be grown on a farm such as Dreamcatcher Farm. This information is meant to benefit the community as a whole by providing vital information to have a healthy diet. This type of healthy living is a viable option to fight and prevent many nutritionally unbalanced related diseases.
